Project Management
For larger projects we may assign up to four translators per language with a designated project manager ensuring consistency in style and terminology.

Longer term clients enjoy the benefit of a dedicated group of translators who work on their assignments. This enables the translator to build up a knowledge of the customer's business and in particular the client’s preferred choice of phrases and terms which saves time and money as well as ensuring an accurate translation.

Translation Management
Electronic file management and retrieval is used for quick and efficient access to the client’s archive of work.
All our customer's translations are held in archives and copies supplied free of charge. Additional text and minor alterations can be undertaken using the initial translation with charges only applied for the changes.

Interpreting
Interpreters supplied through WordSmiths are qualified and experienced linguists selected for their subject knowledge appropriate to the particular assignment, from small business meetings to larger conference assignments and court cases. Charges are applied at either a half day or whole day rate, plus relevant expenses.
